Nevada
Curated hotel stays across the Silver State — from the neon of the Las Vegas Strip to Tahoe pines, Colorado River towns and the open desert highways in between.
Strip lights, desert highways, Sierra pines
Nevada Hotel Stays is a curated guide to the whole state, not just the Strip. We cover Las Vegas (Strip, Fremont, Summerlin, Henderson), Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe (Incline Village and Stateline), Laughlin on the Colorado River, Mesquite on the Arizona border, Ely near Great Basin National Park, and the small highway towns like Tonopah and Beatty that anchor a Route 95 desert road trip. Every area page names real hotels, real streets and real nightly rates.
We are not the booking engine. Tapping See price hands you to app.impt.io, which aggregates over 8 million hotels worldwide at the same price or better than booking direct. Every booking made through that handoff funds one verified tonne of carbon removal, at no extra cost to you. You get the same Caesars, MGM, Hyatt or independent property at the same rate — the removal is paid from the commission the hotel already owes.
The Las Vegas Strip is the obvious base for first-timers: mid-Strip properties like Park MGM, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and Paris put you within a ten-minute walk of the fountains, the High Roller and T-Mobile Arena. Downtown Fremont — the Golden Nugget, Circa, the D — is cheaper, walkable and where you go for the classic neon under the Viva Vision canopy. Henderson and Summerlin suit families and drivers who want quieter mornings and easier access to Red Rock or Lake Mead.

Before you book
The questions we get most, answered with this month’s numbers.
Off-peak, downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street properties like the Golden Gate or the D run $35 to $60 a night midweek in January or August. Laughlin, on the Colorado River, is cheaper still: the Edgewater and Aquarius often list rooms at $28 to $45 Sunday through Thursday. Add roughly $40 in resort fees per night on the Strip.
January, February and the second half of August are the cheapest on the Strip, with rooms from $45 at Excalibur or Luxor. Avoid CES in early January, EDC in mid-May and any UFC weekend, when Strip rates triple. Spring (March to May) and October are the sweet spot for Lake Tahoe and Valley of Fire, with daytime temperatures in the 70s.
For first-timers, the mid-Strip between Bellagio and Park MGM puts you walking distance to the fountains, T-Mobile Arena and the monorail. Downtown Fremont suits budget travellers and anyone who prefers old-school neon. For a nature-first trip, base in South Lake Tahoe or Incline Village and drive in from Reno-Tahoe airport.
On the Strip, no: the Deuce bus runs 24 hours and costs $6 for two hours or $8 for a day pass, and the monorail links MGM Grand to Sahara for $5 a ride. For Valley of Fire (an hour northeast on I-15), Red Rock Canyon, Lake Tahoe or Great Basin, yes — rentals from Harry Reid airport start around $35 a day off-season.
Nearly every Las Vegas Strip and downtown hotel charges a mandatory resort fee on top of the room rate, typically $39 to $52 a night plus tax, covering Wi-Fi, gym and local calls. It is added at check-in, not shown in the headline price. Off-Strip properties like Rio, Palms and most Henderson hotels charge less or waive it entirely.
For every hotel booking made through this site, IMPT funds one verified tonne of carbon removal at no extra cost to you. You pay the same room rate you would pay booking anywhere else — the removal is funded from the commission the hotel already pays. Same room, same price, one tonne of CO2 gone.
